Moroccan Dialect-Standing While Falling In a vibrant popular neighborhood, lived "Si Abd al-Rahman," a fifty-year-old man who used to be a master builder. Times never stay the same; shocks and harsh circumstances piled up on him, leaving him with two young children to raise without any protection other than God. Even though heavy worries weighed like mountains on his shoulders, Si Abd al-Rahman always walked through the alleyways with an upright posture and a wide smile, so that no one would pity him or sense his weakness. One day, his old friend met him, saw him walking cheerfully, and asked him with surprise: – *"Bless you, Si Abd al-Rahman, you are always smiling and standing on your feet, as if life hasn't done anything to you!"* Si Abd al-Rahman smiled with evident sadness in his eyes, and said to him in a calm voice: – *"My friend, a person is 'standing while falling'; even though the blows keep coming and times get tough, the back must not bend, especially when there are little kids waiting for me to be their support."* From that day on, everyone understood that patience and dignity are a person's true capital, and that the honor of standing tall remains eternal no matter how harsh the trials are.
