Camping Trip- Saudi Dialect It was mid-afternoon, and the weather was cloudy with a refreshing, soul-reviving chill. The group of friends—Abu Fahad, Nasser, Sultan, and Khaled—headed out to the Rumhah dunes to escape the traffic and headaches of Riyadh. They arrived just before sunset and quickly set to work: one laid out the traditional carpet, another set up the windbreak, and Khaled lit the campfire. Sultan placed the traditional coffee pot over the glowing embers and said, *"Get ready for some coffee that clears the fog and calms the mind!"* Right in the middle of their laughs and stories, a sudden, powerful gust of wind and dust storm blew in, scattering their things! Abu Fahad shouted, "Grab the ropes and secure the tent quickly!" The guys rushed to help each other out, securing the tent before jumping into the car until the dust storm calmed down. After half an hour, the weather settled, the sky cleared up, and the stars shone brightly. They sat back down around the campfire as the aroma of coffee filled the air. Sultan laughed and said, “Honestly, if it weren't for that dust storm, we wouldn't have appreciated how peaceful and cozy this warmth feels!" They chatted and laughed together late into the night.
