‎قصة الفأرة التي وقعت في كيس الأرز

في بيتٍ ريفيٍّ بسيط، كانت تعيش فأرةٌ صغيرة ذكيّة، اعتادت أن تبحث كل ليلة عن قوتها بهدوء حتى لا يشعر بها أحد.
وذات مساء، شمّت رائحة الأرزّ الزكيّة، فتتبعت الأثر حتى وصلت إلى كيسٍ كبيرٍ مليء بالأرز.

قالت الفأرة بسعادة:
“يا له من كنز! سأعيش أيامًا من دون جوع!”

قفزت إلى داخل الكيس، وبدأت تأكل بفرحٍ ونهم.
مرّ الوقت…
وأكلت أكثر… وأكثر…
حتى امتلأ بطنها وثقل جسدها.

حين قررت الخروج، حاولت القفز… ففشلت.
حاولت مرة أخرى… فلم تستطع.
أصابها الخوف، وجلست تبكي.

مرّت فأرةٌ أخرى من قرب الكيس، فرأت صديقتها عالقة.
قالت لها:
— “لماذا لم تخرجي حين كنتِ قادرة؟”
أجابت الفأرة بحزن:
— “الطمع أعماني… ظننت أن الخير لا ينتهي.”

قالت الفأرة الثانية بحكمة:
— “من لا يعرف متى يتوقف، قد يفقد حتى ما كان في يده.”

وفي الصباح، جاء صاحب البيت، فرأى الفأرة في الكيس…
وكان ذلك درسًا قاسيًا لم تنسَه الفئران أبدًا.

The Story of the Mouse Who Fell into the Rice Bag

In a quiet village house, there lived a small, clever mouse.
Every night, she searched for food carefully, trying not to be seen.

One evening, she smelled the delicious scent of rice.
She followed the smell until she found a large bag full of rice.

“This is a treasure!” she said happily.
“I won’t be hungry for days.”

She jumped inside the bag and began to eat joyfully.
Time passed…
She ate more… and more…
Until her belly became full and her body grew heavy.

When she tried to jump out, she couldn’t.
She tried again… and failed.
Fear filled her heart, and she began to cry.

Another mouse passed by and saw her trapped.
She asked,
“Why didn’t you leave when you still could?”

The trapped mouse replied sadly,
“Greed blinded me. I thought the food would never end.”

The other mouse said wisely,
“Those who don’t know when to stop may lose even what they already have.”

The next morning, the owner of the house came and found the mouse in the bag…
And so, the mice never forgot this hard lesson.
