‎حَسَنٌ وَقَلْبُهُ الْكَبِيرُ

كَانَ حَسَنٌ يَظُنُّ أَنَّهُ كَبِيرٌ، وَأَنَّ أُخْتَهُ الصَّغِيرَةَ مَرْيَمَ تُزْعِجُهُ دَائِمًا.
فِي يَوْمٍ مَطِيرٍ، لَعِبَ حَسَنٌ فِي الْبَيْتِ، وَجَاءَتْ مَرْيَمُ تَحْمِلُ دُمْيَتَهَا.
قَالَتْ بِفَرَحٍ:
«حَسَنُ، هَلْ نَلْعَبُ مَعًا؟»
قَالَ بِعَصَبِيَّةٍ:
«لَا! اذْهَبِي عَنِّي.»
جَلَسَتْ مَرْيَمُ تَبْكِي فِي زَاوِيَةِ الْغُرْفَةِ.
سَمِعَ الْأَبُ الْبُكَاءَ، فَقَالَ:
«يَا حَسَنُ، أَلَا تَعْلَمُ أَنَّ الرَّحْمَةَ خُلُقُ الْمُؤْمِنِ؟»
ثُمَّ قَالَ:
«قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:
(مَنْ لَا يَرْحَمْ لَا يُرْحَمْ).»
شَعَرَ حَسَنُ أَنَّ كَلَامَ الْأَبِ أَصَابَ قَلْبَهُ.
اقْتَرَبَ مِنْ مَرْيَمَ، مَسَحَ دُمُوعَهَا، وَقَالَ:
«تَعَالَيْ، سَأَلْعَبُ مَعَكِ.»
ضَحِكَتْ مَرْيَمُ، وَشَعَرَ حَسَنُ أَنَّهُ أَقْوَى مِنْ قَبْلُ، لَا بِجِسْمِهِ، بَلْ بِقَلْبِهِ.
فِي تِلْكَ اللَّيْلَةِ، دَعَتْ لَهُ أُخْتُهُ، وَقَالَ الْأَبُ:
«مَنْ يَرْحَمِ الصِّغَارَ، يَرْحَمْهُ اللهُ.»
✨ الْعِبْرَةُ:
العطفُ على الصِّغَارِ خُلُقٌ عَظيم وسَبَبٌ لِرَحْمَةِ اللّه وَ بَرَكَتِه.

Hassan and His Big Heart
Hassan thought he was big and strong, and that his little sister Maryam was always bothering him.
On a rainy day, Hassan was playing inside the house when Maryam came holding her doll.
She said happily,
“Hassan, can we play together?”
He replied angrily,
“No! Go away!”
Maryam sat in the corner of the room and began to cry.
Their father heard the crying and said,
“Hassan, don’t you know that mercy is the character of a true believer?”
Then he added,
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
‘Whoever does not show mercy will not be shown mercy.’”
Hassan felt the words reach his heart.
He walked over to Maryam, wiped her tears, and said,
“Come, I’ll play with you.”
Maryam smiled, and Hassan felt stronger than before—not in his body, but in his heart.
That night, his sister prayed for him, and his father said,
“Whoever is kind to the young, Allah will be kind to him.”
✨ Moral:
Showing kindness to younger siblings is a noble character that brings Allah’s mercy and blessing.
