Once upon a time, there was a poor farmer living in a quiet village. After many years of hard work, he finally managed to save enough money to buy a simple ring as a gift for his daughter on her wedding day.
The ring was not expensive, but it was a symbol of his love, his effort, and his hopes for her happiness.
One evening, as he was walking along the riverbank on his way home, the ring slipped out of his pocket and fell into the water.
The farmer searched for it with all his strength, but he couldn’t find it.
He returned home heartbroken.
When his daughter heard what had happened, she tried to comfort him and said:
“Father, whatever is written to be lost, will be lost. Please don’t let it sadden you.”
The farmer tried to move past his sadness, but he still felt pain every time he remembered the ring.
Even so, he found some comfort in his daughter’s words.
A few weeks later, while he was preparing the food for the wedding feast, he caught a large fish from the river.
When he opened the fish to cook it, he was stunned to find the ring inside it!
It felt like a miracle.
He gave the ring to his daughter, not only as a gift, but as a story about hope and destiny.
From that day on, whenever something bad happened, the farmer would remind himself and the people of the village:
“Whatever is written to find you, will find you at the right time.”
